It was surprised me while I read the tracklist of The Casualties new album for the first time. Why? Because there is a song which indicated if its a reggae song. And it makes me wonder The Casualties played a reggae song?
And it’s right mates. This New York street punk outfit did the reggae on their new album; “We Are All We Have”. A song which has reggae tune is called “Rockers Reggae (Working Mans Dub)”. Well actually this song is not a pure reggae song but this is a dub reggae song with raw vocal. And you know what..they’re played it not bad at all hahaha… I just thought if this is just a new shape of The Casualties musical exploration.
“We Are All We Have” itself is The Casualties eighth full-length studio album which has been released on last August 25, 2009 under SideOneDummy Records. At all this album is great even personally this ain’t as great as “For The Punx” or “On The Front Line” album.
